A Vision for the Future.
A Sensible Path Forward.

Four years ago, John Stehr asked Zionsville voters for their trust and the opportunity to bring a clear vision for the future to Town Hall.

Together, we have made meaningful progress.

We’ve strengthened Zionsville’s financial footing, invested in public safety, moved forward on important road and trail improvements, adopted a Comprehensive Plan that protects the character of our community, and built stronger partnerships throughout Central Indiana.

But this is not the finish line.

The work of the last four years has built a strong foundation for what comes next. John is running for a second term as Mayor to build on that progress, strengthen our local economy, invest in the infrastructure our families and businesses will depend on for generations, and continue protecting the unique character that makes Zionsville such a special place to call home.

The work isn’t finished.

Mayor John Stehr is running for a second term.

Over the last four years, Zionsville has made important progress and built a stronger foundation for the future. Now, John is asking for the opportunity to continue that work and keep Zionsville moving forward with thoughtful, responsible leadership.

John Stehr is delivering for Zionsville.

For more than 30 years, John Stehr has called Zionsville home. He and his wife, Amy, raised their five children here, and John has spent decades serving and participating in the community he loves.

After a distinguished career in journalism and years of community involvement, John was elected Mayor of Zionsville in 2023 with a commitment to strengthen Town finances, invest in public safety and infrastructure, protect the character of our community, and provide a clear vision for Zionsville’s future.

Today, that work is well underway.

John is seeking a second term to build on the progress of the last four years and continue moving Zionsville forward with responsible leadership and a sensible path for the future.
